About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking On Call Hospice Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care as part of its Hospice Team. The role follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule and involves responding to patient needs while on call. Nurses will provide field-based care and participate in weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• A strong empathetic and compassionate approach toward patients and their families.
• Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospice care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls.
• Conduct patient visits.
• Perform tuck-ins.
• Manage admissions as required.
• Participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings.
• Adapt care to changing patient needs and conditions while on call.
