About The Position

Requirements

• Valid North Dakota driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle check.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Drive to create radio content, grow an audience, strengthen the brand, and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate naturally on air by telling stories, entertaining an audience, and making listeners feel included in the conversation.
• Attend station and promotional events to strengthen the brands’ presence in the Fargo community.
• Assist with coordinating giveaways, contests, event setup, campaigns, and live music.
• Learn and support radio-station operations, including audio editing, show preparation, broadcast operations, and other day-to-day responsibilities.
