About The Position

On is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent its activewear brand in stores. The role involves educating retail staff about On products, creating visually compelling product displays, and supporting memorable customer experiences. Brand Ambassadors visit assigned stores, check product placement and signage, and submit observations and feedback through a mobile app. Stores are generally visited once or twice a month, with visits lasting 1–3.5 hours. The schedule is flexible according to store needs and availability. The position starts after certification is completed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, merchandising, and product training.
• Passion for the On brand and an active lifestyle.
• Friendly, engaging demeanor and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with smartphones and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Complete certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Educate store staff about On products, including their features, benefits, and the brand’s value.
• Design apparel displays, style mannequins, and merchandise footwear by category in line with brand standards.
• Visit assigned stores regularly and check product placement, displays, and signage.
• Capture photos, observations, and feedback during store visits and submit detailed reports using a mobile app.
