About The Position

Great Day Improvements is hiring a part-time On Site Brand Ambassador to represent its family of home improvement brands at exhibit spaces in nationally recognized big-box retail locations, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. Ambassadors engage with local communities, educate homeowners about the company’s home improvement products and services, and help spark conversations about future projects. The role involves working at a variety of venues and events. The company provides paid training and reimburses non-local travel. Compensation is $20 per hour, plus incentives and bonuses, with opportunities for advancement. Expected hours are 6–25 per week.

Requirements

Have reliable personal transportation; non-local travel is reimbursed.
Have an outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality.
Be available to work weekends.
Entry-level marketing or customer service experience and seasoned professionals are welcome.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift 60 lbs. to help with booth setup and teardown; this is preferred but not always required.
