On Brand Ambassador

About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador for On, you will represent the brand in stores by educating staff, showcasing products, and helping create memorable customer experiences. On is a Swiss innovator founded in 2010 with a mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. The role includes training store staff on On products, creating visual merchandising displays, supporting retail execution during store visits, and reporting observations and feedback through a mobile app.

You will service dedicated stores in your area, generally visiting each store once or twice a month for visits lasting approximately 1–3.5 hours. The schedule is flexible and tailored to store needs and your availability. The role starts after certification is completed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, merchandising, and product training.
• Passion for the On brand and an active lifestyle.
• Friendly and engaging, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using smartphones and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate store staff on On product features, benefits, and brand value.
• Design apparel displays, style mannequins, and merchandise footwear by category in line with brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to check product placement, displays, and signage.
• Capture photos, observations, and feedback during store visits.
• Submit detailed reports through a mobile app to support improvements to brand presentation and retail execution.
