About The Position

We are looking for an Office Support Administrator II for our Lawrenceville, GA office. This is an in-office position; duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required. The Office Support Administrator II provides intermediate-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, support team operations, and deliver high-quality administrative services with moderate supervision. The position serves as a key contributor to office efficiency, supporting staff and leadership while continuing to build expertise, independence, and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2-4 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Experience in a professional or office environment
  • Valid Driver’s License required for employment and to operate company vehicle as needed to perform duties
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes while exercising sound judgment
  • Basic problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Financial acumen as it applies to budget and financial responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leaders and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Prepare, format, and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Requires being physically present to support daily office operations, including supply management, equipment coordination, workspace organization, and office maintenance
  • Decorate for the holidays, various events, and everyday office aesthetic (may require bending, kneeling, walking, stairs, lifting, and standing on ladders)
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees, including system access and workspace setup, etc.
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics such as catering, room reservations/event venues, materials preparation, and technology setup
  • Package pickup and delivery to include sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office vehicles to include mileage logs, maintenance, registration, etc.
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms and office vehicles
  • May require extended hours during peak periods or special projects
  • Assist with tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for team projects
  • Follow established procedures and identify basic process improvement opportunities
  • Support the implementation of administrative processes and standard operating procedures
  • Process routine invoices, expense reports, and purchase requests in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and records for tracking operational or financial information
  • Create and monitor budgets and assist with financial tracking and reporting
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for team or management review
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support business needs to include IT, Real Estate, and other Office Support Administrators
  • Escalate issues or concerns appropriately to higher-level administrators or leadership
  • Provide support and backup coverage for peers as needed and other duties as assigned
  • Provide support for client-facing events and serve as liaison between internal teams and clients
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Help to drive and champion Garver culture and initiatives
