About The Position

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a well-established, modern private dental practice in Orange County seeking an experienced Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to lead daily operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a high-performance, MGE-driven practice, making prior MGE (Management by Goals) experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at case acceptance, and is passionate about coaching teams, increasing production, and providing outstanding customer service. The practice has proudly served the community for over 24 years, offers comprehensive dentistry under one roof, utilizes Open Dental software, and is known for its patient-centered approach and advanced technology.

Requirements

  • Previous dental office management experience required
  • Strong treatment coordinating and case presentation experience
  • MGE experience required or highly preferred
  • Experience leading and developing dental teams
  • Proficient with Open Dental practice management software
  • Strong knowledge of PPO insurance and dental billing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Prior MGE (Management by Goals) experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day front office and administrative operations
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve production and collection goals
  • Present comprehensive treatment plans and improve case acceptance
  • Monitor office KPIs, scheduling efficiency, and financial performance
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical team to maximize productivity
  • Manage patient scheduling and optimize provider schedules
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing support, and financial arrangements
  • Coach and develop team members while maintaining accountability
  • Maintain compliance with office systems and established workflows
