Office Coordinator EMEA (16-20 Hours)

This job is for a part-time Office Assistant at KRAFTON's Amsterdam Office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for various tasks such as maintaining the office condition, ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have previous work experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Assist the Office Manager with various tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office issues
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to employees
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Dutch
• Diplomacy/people skills, discretion, and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Multilingual skills in French, German, Spanish, or other European languages (a plus)
• Passion for games, the gaming industry, and PUBG game (a plus)
