Esports Coordinator EMEA

This job is for a Pro-player and pro-team relations manager at KRAFTON's Amsterdam Office. The role involves acting as a point of contact for all PUBG Pro-teams and pro-players, managing legal and financial paperwork related to PUBG Esports, and assisting in the execution of regional and global partnership programs. The manager will also be responsible for organizing and executing PUBG First party and Third-party events, working closely with the Esports Marketing team, and ensuring global communication and synchronization between different regions. The ideal candidate should have experience in the esports or gaming industry, technical knowledge of arranging competitive events, and a passion for Krafton's games and geek culture.

• Act as a permanent point of contact for all PUBG Pro-teams and pro-players
• Share information with pro-teams and pro-players and gather their feedback
• Manage PUBG Esports Pro-team & Pro-players related legal & financial paperwork
• Manage PUBG EMEA Esports Regional Partnership program tactics and execution
• Assist on the scope & strategy of the program in liaison with Senior Esports Manager and Director of Esports EMEA
• Act as a bridge between EMEA pro-teams and the Global Esports Department
• Act as a bridge between potential sponsors and the pro-teams, press, and partners
• Assist in organizing, planning, and executing PUBG First party and Third-party related events
• Overview, observe, and assist the execution of PUBG Esports events and prepare post-event reports
• Work closely with Esports Marketing team regarding team & players focused content creation
• Act as the PUBG Esports operations point of contact for EMEA
• Ensure global communication and synchronization between regions and Krafton headquarters
• Follow, test, and learn new updates from Content & Publishing EMEA Departments and Global Esports
• Perform other duties assigned by the Company within the scope of the Employee's qualifications
• Have 1+ year of esports or gaming industry experience
• Have proven work experience in esports operations and/or project management in gaming
• Have technical knowledge of arranging competitive events online and/or offline
• Have a passionate understanding of Krafton's "PUBG" phenomenon
• Have detailed knowledge of the PUBG esports scene and competitive gaming in general
• Have detailed knowledge of games and geek culture
• Have excellent storytelling and listening skills

• 1+ year of esports or gaming industry experience
• Proven work experience in esports operations and/or any project management in gaming
• Technical knowledge of arranging competitive events online and/or offline
• Passionate understanding of Krafton's "PUBG" phenomenon
• Detailed knowledge of the PUBG esports scene and competitive gaming in general
• Detailed knowledge of games and geek culture
• Excellent communication skills
