About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for its Palo Alto Rehab location, with a flexible schedule. The role provides care to a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who may require extended hospital care. Prior inpatient hospital experience is welcome, but the employer also considers candidates with a desire and commitment to learn. Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the assistant provides direct patient care and plans and implements individualized treatment programs according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health system. The role requires flexibility to meet system needs across different facilities and includes other related duties as assigned or requested. Requirements

Be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Hold a current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
