About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN positions in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in patients’ homes and communities. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that develop integrated treatment plans. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and focused on functional goals, using a range of activities to engage patients and support durable outcomes. Patients may be served across the continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification or a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), visual and perceptual skills, cognition, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans practiced in patients’ homes and communities.
- Provide individualized, one-on-one treatment focused on patients’ functional goals.
