About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN work in Georgetown, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities, serving people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams, helping develop and carry out integrated treatment plans focused on functional goals and durable outcomes. Care is individualized for patients across the continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification or a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
- Evaluate and address visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
- Evaluate and address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
