About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist to support students in South Carolina. The role provides individualized, student-centered occupational therapy to help students develop functional skills, overcome everyday challenges, and participate more confidently in their education. Services target classroom access, participation, independence, and developmental milestones. The therapist works closely with educators and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Completed supervised fieldwork.
• Current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license or immediate eligibility.
• Good standing with NBCOT.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or school-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ functional needs and provide direct occupational therapy services targeting fine motor, handwriting, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
• Contribute to IEP planning.
• Recommend adaptive equipment.
• Guide classroom teachers on implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with educators and families.
