About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to support new graduates in launching their careers. The role involves revolutionizing care for older adults, providing comprehensive support to develop confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited OT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Basic computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
- Desire to develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
- Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
- Focus on delivering exceptional care without feeling overwhelmed due to a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Develop professionally and demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and utilize outstanding interpersonal skills.
