Occupational Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program) - Greater Oakton, VA
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a newly graduated Occupational Therapist in the Greater Oakton, Virginia area for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. The program provides a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to support professional development and help clinicians build confidence and independence. No prior in-home or home health experience is required. FOX provides outpatient therapy in patients’ homes, with an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day. Clinicians deliver individualized, one-to-one care in 60-minute sessions without double-booking. The role offers a flexible schedule set by the clinician, with no nights or weekends required. Additional income may be available by treating more patients, and referral bonuses are offered for referring a classmate or colleague.
Requirements
- Be licensed or soon to be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
- Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop professionally.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
- Have basic computer literacy.
Responsibilities
