About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist in the Greater Easton, Maryland area for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed to support newly graduated clinicians as they begin their careers. The role combines dedicated mentorship and hands-on training with the flexibility and autonomy to provide outpatient care to older adults in their homes. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required. Clinicians typically see 6–8 patients per day and provide individualized, one-to-one care in 60-minute sessions, without double-booking. Employees set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. The position offers opportunities to treat additional patients for supplemental income and to earn referral bonuses. The stated Maryland standard base pay range for full-time roles is $70,000–$105,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more; part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) pay is prorated.

Requirements

Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and desire to develop professionally.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to older adults in a home setting.
Deliver individualized, one-to-one treatment in 60-minute sessions.
Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
Set and manage a flexible work schedule.
