About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Greater Edgewater, Maryland area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed to help newly graduated clinicians launch their careers. The role combines mentorship, hands-on training, independence, and the opportunity to provide outpatient care for older adults in a home setting. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required. Clinicians provide individualized, one-to-one treatment in 60-minute sessions, with an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day. Schedules are flexible and set by the clinician, with no nights or weekends required. The position offers opportunities to supplement income by treating additional patients and to earn referral bonuses. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization founded in 1998, with more than 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, one-to-one physical therapy care to patients in a home setting.
Treat an average of 6–8 patients per day in 60-minute sessions.
Develop professionally through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, including dedicated mentorship and hands-on training.
Set a flexible work schedule; nights and weekends are not required.
