About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in Greater Franklin Farm, Virginia, through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. The role is designed for newly graduated professionals and provides a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and support to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded practitioners. No prior in-home or home health experience is required. FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes. Clinicians deliver individualized, one-to-one care in 60-minute sessions, with no double-booking, and typically see 6–8 patients per day. The position offers clinician autonomy and a flexible schedule set by the clinician, with no nights or weekends required. Additional income may be available by treating more patients, and referral bonuses are offered for referring a classmate or colleague.

Requirements

Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Current CPR certification.
Exceptional patient service delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Ability to consistently demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
Passion for patient-centered care.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes.
