About The Position

Key Rehab is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The OTA implements the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, supports patients as they progress through treatment, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to help achieve individual goals. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Hold an active COTA license in the state of practice.
Comply with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.

Prior experience working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

Implement the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, following established protocols.
Facilitate patient progress through the treatment plan and make adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
Work with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care and support individual goals.
