About The Position
Key Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The assistant implements care plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, helps patients progress through treatment, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient goals. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
- Hold an active COTA license in the state of practice.
- Comply with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working with geriatric patients.
- Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Implement the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, following established protocols.
- Facilitate patient progress through the treatment plan and make adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care and help achieve individual goals.
