The role implements treatment interventions, supports personalized treatment planning, documents patient progress, communicates about treatment plans and outcomes, educates patients and families, and stays current with therapy techniques and methodologies.

Requirements

Valid state OTA license.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment intervention plans to address goals in the plan of care.
Work with healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals about treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
