About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The OTA implements the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, supports patient progress through treatment, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help achieve individual patient goals. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Hold an active COTA license in the state of practice.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience working with geriatric patients.
Familiarity with current Medicare billing regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

Implement the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, following established protocols.
Facilitate patient progress through the treatment plan and make adjustments as directed by the PT, as stated in the posting.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care and support individual goals.
