PRN OTA Position | Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Looking for a flexible Occupational Therapy Assistant opportunity? Join our Battle Creek therapy team and help patients build the skills and confidence needed for greater independence.
Requirements
- Current Michigan OTA license
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with functional activities and daily living skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Help improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence
- Document patient progress
- Communicate effectively with the therapy and care teams
