About The Position

Key Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The position may be full-time, part-time, or PRN. The OTA implements care plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, helps patients progress through treatment plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care and individual goals. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Hold an active COTA license in the state of practice.
Have at least one year of experience in the field in a related role.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Implement the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, following established protocols.
Facilitate patient progress through treatment plans and make adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care and achieve individual goals.
