About The Position
The Nursing Assistant works on the Medical Unit at UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital, providing direct patient care and support. The position works alongside nurses and other clinical professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients throughout their hospital stay. This is a full-time role scheduled for 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. on variable days of the week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
