About The Position
The Nursing Assistant supports patient care in the CFH Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), working under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses. The role provides hands-on assistance to patients who need additional monitoring and support, helping ensure their comfort, attention, safety, and quality of care. The Nursing Assistant works collaboratively with nursing staff to support daily patient needs and maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
Responsibilities
