About The Position
Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment. The role focuses on direct patient support and working alongside the nursing team to help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- BLS required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic physical care and nursing procedures.
