About The Position
Munson Healthcare is hiring a part-time Nursing Assistant for the C1-Rehab PM shift. Nursing Assistants are essential members of the care team, providing comfort and support to patients and clinical staff in a safe, supportive environment. No experience is required; Munson Medical Center provides comprehensive paid orientation and training.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR certification in adult maneuvers at all times; child and infant CPR may be required by some departments.
- May be required to lift more than 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care and services to meet patients’ personal and comfort needs.
- Complete personal hygiene care.
- Collect specimens.
- Assist patients with daily walking and exercise.
- Transport patients between departments.
- Observe, report, and record patients’ vital signs.
