About The Position

The Nurse Technician provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, assisting patients with activities of daily living, and helping maintain a safe and clean environment. More complex duties are performed under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The position is at MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital, a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital providing specialized care for people recovering from severe injury or illness, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The schedule is three 12-hour day shifts, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with rotating weekends. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available to well-qualified applicants.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR/BCLS certification.
Completion of a 75-hour CNA course.

Nice To Haves
