About The Position

The Nurse Technician (NT) supports the delivery of compassionate, individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role includes performing clinical procedures and support tasks that affect patient outcomes while learning from experienced nursing professionals. Nurse Techs work collaboratively across multiple care areas and gain hands-on clinical experience and opportunities to develop their skills. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate school commitments. The position is offered as full-time, part-time, or PRN. The stated flat rate is $18.00 per hour; evening and night shift differentials are available. Scholar Loan and tuition reimbursement eligibility is noted. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and matched retirement plans are offered to team members working 32 or more hours per pay period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
• Completed Fundamentals of Nursing; transcripts and a competency list are required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within one month of hire.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
