About The Position
Flexible PRN opportunity for licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. The role offers an autonomous way to supplement income without ongoing treatment responsibilities. Clinicians complete assessments and provide preventive care education, with no prescribing, on-call shifts, follow-ups, or ongoing management required. The position is a 1099 contractor role and includes malpractice insurance, collaborating physicians, a company-provided iPad, and access to a proprietary EMR system. Onboarding may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- NP license must not be in Pediatrics, PMHNP, or Women’s Health specialties.
- Availability of at least eight full 7.5-hour days per month.
- Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of home.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients.
- Review each patient’s medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and key social factors.
- Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations.
- Share preventive care education without providing ongoing management.
- Travel locally to patients within the assigned county and nearby areas.
