Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and efficient communication in Norwegian to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Resolve complex inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate product information in a fast-paced environment.
• Document all interactions meticulously within our CRM system to track and analyze support trends.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate critical issues and provide feedback to improve the user experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and team-based KPIs regarding response times and service quality.
• Stay updated on company policies and service updates to provide the most current information to your customer base.
