Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in social media moderation, customer support, or trust and safety is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated social media content in Norwegian to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Analyze reported content to identify potential policy violations, including misinformation, hate speech, or harmful imagery.
• Maintain a high standard of digital safety by rapidly responding to critical user reports within the social media ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global internal teams to refine trust and safety policies and improve moderation accuracy.
• Document trends and patterns in social media usage to support the continuous improvement of automated safety tools.
• Ensure that all platform interactions align with the brand’s mission to foster a respectful and safe digital community.
• Stay updated on local and international digital safety regulations to protect users on the platform.
