Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online community safety standards and policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and dynamic team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide support related to content moderation.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content to relevant teams.
  • Analyze user behavior and content trends to inform moderation strategies and improve user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance community standards and moderation processes.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current with best practices and new moderation tools.
