In this exciting role within the Fitness & Wellness industry, you will serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking Fitbit users, helping them get the most out of their wearable fitness technology, health tracking features, and wellness tools. Requirements
- Native or fluent French language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in French at all times.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position).
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent listening skills, and a patient, customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a structured, on-site team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria, with the ability to manage multiple queries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving queries related to fitness tracking, wellness goals, and device functionality.
- Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting their Fitbit devices and the associated Fitbit app across iOS and Android platforms.
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance on Fitbit's health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management.
- Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of their Fitbit device in support of their personal fitness and wellness journeys.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
- Escalate complex technical issues or product defects to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes for customers.
- Stay informed on the latest Fitbit product updates, firmware releases, and Fitness & Wellness trends to provide current and accurate support.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
