Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat regarding device functionality and fitness tracking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to wearable hardware, mobile application synchronization, and firmware updates.
• Offer personalized guidance on wellness features, such as sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, and activity metrics.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and efficient service within the Fitness & Wellness sector.
• Document all user interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in wearable technology and the Fitness & Wellness industry to provide informed product recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical product inquiries.
