Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking users, ensuring high-quality assistance for all Gaming & Esports platform inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing queries, and account management concerns with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current gaming titles, competitive esports trends, and platform updates to provide expert guidance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by moderating interactions and upholding safety standards.
• Analyze recurring player feedback to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal QA and developers to resolve bugs and report emerging technical anomalies.
• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs focused on resolution speed, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
