Requirements

• Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants interested in our jobs in Bulgaria.
• A genuine passion for gaming and an understanding of the esports industry ecosystem.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a tech or gaming environment.
• Strong command of English for internal company communication and training purposes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for gamers in Hungary, providing exceptional support via live chat, email, and ticket systems.
• Assist players with account security, payment inquiries, and technical troubleshooting within the gaming ecosystem.
• Stay updated on the latest esports titles, game updates, and community trends to provide knowledgeable, gamer-to-gamer support.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant engineering or quality assurance teams to ensure rapid resolution.
• Maintain high levels of player satisfaction by upholding brand voice and industry-specific service standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support knowledge base by identifying recurring player pain points.
• Collaborate with internal teams to participate in community engagement initiatives across the gaming landscape.
