• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with our diverse team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer support or community management role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Ensure an exceptional player experience by resolving complex in-game issues with efficiency and empathy.
• Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports titles to provide expert, community-focused assistance.
• Represent the brand voice while interacting with the Italian-speaking gaming community.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate critical bugs or security concerns identified by players.
• Maintain detailed documentation of player interactions within our CRM systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
