- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to Italian-speaking players via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Represent the company brand within the Gaming & Esports community by maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
- Troubleshoot account, payment, and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted gameplay experiences.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate platform bugs and player feedback effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the gaming environment by monitoring community trends and player sentiment.
- Deliver personalized solutions that enhance player retention and satisfaction within the Italian market.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and esports tournament schedules to better assist our global player base.
