About The Position
The North America Procurement Lead for Maintenance & Services leads end-to-end execution of the Manufacturing Services program in the United States and Canada. The role is accountable for service excellence, spend consolidation, measurable value outcomes, and delivery of program commitments across customer satisfaction (CSAT), turnaround time (TAT), spend productivity, and value deliverables. It aligns regional strategy with plant-level execution and leads the team in achieving annual targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in MRO and services categories.
- Strong background in services delivery and transformation programs.
- Proven ability to deliver savings and working capital impact.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in food manufacturing or a large engineering or automotive manufacturing organization.
- Experience dealing with aggregators.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute savings opportunities, and monitor and report the savings pipeline.
- Deliver Manufacturing Services savings, payment-term optimization, and inventory-optimization pipeline targets.
- Ensure stakeholder adoption and change management.
- Own CSAT improvement targets and ensure greater than 95% TAT adherence.
- Drive catalogue adoption and compliance with guided buying channels.
- Move spend into preferred procurement channels.
- Lead internal and external governance meetings focused on savings and productivity, escalation management, change management, and key sourcing projects.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships to support long-term value creation.
- Build team capability and provide leadership and direction to help team members achieve annual targets.
