About The Position

Provides bus, shuttle, and para-transit service to the University community; operates 15-53 passenger buses, over-the-road buses, paratransit, and shuttles; washes, cleans, fuels, and prepares vehicles for trips; drives routes; loads and unloads luggage and equipment; works on an as needed basis. As a Student Bus Driver, you will join a team of knowledgeable and professional student and full-time drivers who provide safe, reliable and friendly transportation to the campus community.

Requirements

MUST BE ENROLLED AT COLUMBUS STATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HIRE.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.

Nice To Haves

Trainees will have the skills necessary to pass the State of Ohio, Class B - Commercial Driver License (CDL) test.
Non-CDL positions are also available for individuals who are interested in driving smaller vehicles.
