About The Position
Join Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Heart and Vascular Institute as a Non-Invasive Cardiologist on the Centro del Corazon care team at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest in Allentown. Centro del Corazon is an initiative focused on reducing heart disease risk factors among Hispanics and improving heart-health education through Spanish-speaking caregivers and community partnerships. The call schedule is shared with the team. The Heart and Vascular Institute offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment, access to advanced treatments and clinical trials, and more than 20 cardiology practices throughout the region. LVHN was the region’s first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized for complex mitral valve repair surgery. The organization highlights its heart-attack survival outcomes and commitment to research, continuing medical education, and improved patient care.
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- A valid Pennsylvania Medical License, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
- Fluency in Spanish.
