About The Position
Gatti-Land Round Rock is seeking cheerful, upbeat people who enjoy working. Guest Service Team Members are the front line of contact with guests and provide the charm and service that make the restaurant special. The role involves regular interaction with the public and the opportunity to make guests' days through attentive service. The primary focus is the guest. Team members are expected to learn the production side of the business while keeping guests first. The role may involve helping guests by phone, at the register, or at the buffet; cleaning the dining room; working in the arcade or midway area; and helping with children's birthday parties. The posting lists the required hours as 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and starting pay as $14 hourly.
