About The Position

The Dining Room Attendant serves meals promptly and follows food-handling procedures to keep hot food hot and cold food cold while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role uses the POS system accurately to take and serve orders, follows supervisors’ directions to support teamwork and smooth service, prepares the dining room and service stations before meal periods, and delivers items to residents as needed or requested. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, scheduled from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend and holiday rotation. Pay is $19.00 per hour, and the position may be eligible for a shift differential depending on the schedule.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• No minimum education requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Previous employment experience preferred.
• Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals promptly while following procedures to maintain food temperatures and ensure customer satisfaction.
