About The Position

The Night Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate provides prompt and courteous deliveries to internal and external customers. The role delivers products to and picks them up from customer drop sites, performs general driving duties and warehouse assignments, and assists customers while prioritizing safety and accuracy. The employee represents Mygrant Glass in warehouses and in the field. Warehouse duties include unloading, inspecting, processing, and stocking incoming inventory; picking and loading products; cleaning and labeling glass; processing returned stock; breaking down boxes; stocking accessories; organizing inventory; and completing logs and documentation. Driver duties include following delivery routes and schedules, operating the delivery vehicle safely, recording payments and data, and communicating with team leaders to support timely and accurate deliveries. The position requires availability for evening delivery routes and may include other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Pass an MVR check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have at least 2 years of driving experience or equivalent.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license required.
Be available for evening delivery routes.

Responsibilities

Make prompt and courteous deliveries and pick up products from customer drop sites.
Follow delivery routes and time schedules, and safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders and load racks and trucks with glass.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and affix proper labels to glass.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Communicate with team leaders as needed to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory, and perform other warehouse duties as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries.
Perform other job tasks as assigned.
