About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Romulus, Michigan. Warehouse Associates select and locate merchandise, maintain warehouse cleanliness, load and unload shipments, and support inbound and outbound operations. The role fulfills customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, builds pallets efficiently, and ensures skids reach the correct locations or trucks. Other warehouse duties may be assigned.

This is a night-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., or until the daily work is completed. Associates work in a collaborative, team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of high-volume order selecting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
• Locate materials on warehouse shelves.
• Place materials on an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Deliver items to the loading area for wrapping and placement on a delivery truck.
• Unload trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, build pallets efficiently, and ensure skids reach the correct locations or trucks.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
