About The Position

The Night Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate provides prompt, courteous service while delivering and picking up products from customer drop sites. The role also performs warehouse assignments and assists customers, prioritizing safety and accuracy while representing Mygrant Glass at its warehouses and in the field. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Branch Manager. The stated pay range is $19.50–$21.50, based on experience; actual pay may be above the range depending on experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law when offered or worked. The position involves evening delivery routes, general warehouse duties, operating delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment, and working shifts of 8–10 hours. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. A CMV DOT Medical card is preferred. The posting lists both 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience as a qualification and 2+ years of driving experience or equivalent as an education and licensing requirement.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have 2 or more years of driving experience or equivalent, as listed under education and licensing requirements.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Be available for evening delivery routes.
Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders.
Load glass racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and affix appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Communicate with team leaders to support timely and accurate deliveries.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory, and perform other assigned warehouse duties.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
