About The Position

The Night Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate provides prompt, courteous service to internal and external customers by delivering and picking up products from customer drop sites. The role performs general driving duties and warehouse assignments, assists customers as needed, and represents Mygrant Glass in its warehouses and in the field while prioritizing safety and accuracy. The position includes evening delivery routes, inventory handling and processing, order picking, loading and unloading glass, vehicle operation, delivery documentation, payment processing, and other warehouse duties as directed. Compensation is $19.50–$21.50 per hour, based on experience. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have at least 2 years of driving experience or equivalent.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work evening delivery routes.
Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including handling glass and exerting the specified levels of force.

Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

Unload inventory from incoming vehicles.
Inspect inventory and glass stock for damage.
Process and stock inventory, including receiving and processing returns.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders.
Load racks and trucks with glass; clean glass and affix appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Complete logs and other required documentation.
Communicate with team leaders to support timely and accurate deliveries.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory, and perform other warehouse duties as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
