About The Position

The Night Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate provides excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries to internal and external customers. The role delivers and picks up products from customer drop sites, performs general driving duties and warehouse assignments, and assists customers while prioritizing safety and accuracy. The employee represents Mygrant Glass in both warehouses and in the field. The position also handles incoming and returned inventory, order preparation, glass inspection and labeling, vehicle loading, records and payment processing, and other warehouse duties as directed. It requires evening delivery-route availability and work during an 8–10-hour shift. The position is nonexempt; overtime is paid in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have at least 2 years of driving experience or equivalent.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
Meet the physical demands of the role, including handling glass and exerting force as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

Be available for evening delivery routes.
Unload inventory from incoming vehicles and inspect it for damage.
Process and stock inventory; receive and process returned stock.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders.
Load racks and trucks with glass; clean glass and assess stock for damage.
Affix proper labels to glass.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Complete logs and documentation.
Communicate with team leaders to support timely and accurate deliveries.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, organize inventory, and perform other warehouse duties as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
